I have no doubt that high level intelligence on BOTH sides of the pond were responsible for Gaddafi's fall. Mark Allen, although he tries to remain low-key, was surely involved and I believe that our CIA funded the rebels although I have no proof.
I'm just a lowly blogger, Barbara - Gaddafi was perhaps one of the most bizarre of the sickly collection of Arab despots, and I think it will be years before we get any clarity here.
